Angela Sun is a journalist sportscaster, documentary filmmaker and TV host. Angela Sun, a journalist and sportscaster who has been awarded accolades for her efforts at Santa Clara County California was born on the 19th of October 1979. She earned her degree in Communications and Sociology from the University of California. Sun was a pro surfer and took part in numerous pro-am surfing events. It led to her get sponsored by major brands like Roxy Reef Billabong Vans, among others. The fame that she earned from participating in these events that propelled Sun into the world of entertainment. In the future, she would go into the field of film director, investigative reporter and sportscaster. Sun has worked for many news networks, mostly as an anchor. In 2003 Sun was the Fox Sports Net Correspondent. In 2012 she hosted American Ninja Warrior with Matt Iseman & Jonny Moseley. Sun was host of The Yahoo Sports Minute in the year 2014. Sun was the very first Asian American to appear in ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports, Tennis Channel and Yahoo Sports. Sun is a regular in a number of movies and received fame and praise for her acting prowess. Sun has worked with films including Goliath (2016 (Hit the Floor from 2014 to 2016), A Perfect Getaway (2009), Street Kings (2008), Glowsticks and Drumsticks 2004 and Shackled. Sun was the producer and director of Platic Paradise, The Great Pacific Garbage Patch in 2014.
