Ariel Winter

Ariel Winter (born Ariel Winter Workman on Janurary 28 1998 Los Angeles California) is an American actress, singer and vocalist. Ariel started her acting career as a child, playing the Cool Whip commercial at age 6. The actress landed her first television part at the age of 7 on an episode of the CBS show Listen Up!. The next time she appeared on television, it was in Monk Bones, ER and different shows. Gretchen was the Disney Original Channel series Phineas and Ferb's Gretchen is her main role in 2007. In the following year she was able to get her debut live-action appearance as Alex Dunphy on the hit television series Modern Family. Ariel, along with others from the Modern Family cast have won the Screen Actors Guild Award for the Best Performance by an Ensemble on a Comedy Series four times. Ariel continues to the voice of characters for films like ParaNorman Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs and Scooby-Doo! Stage Fright. Ariel has a purple belt in Taekwondo. She's younger than the actresses Shanelle Workman, Jimmy Workman. She enjoys singing and sings with the band WickedSweet.
